Emergency Transponder 3* wrong stats

Wiki has it at DIP 0+(16-34), which is probably a correct value for 3* rarity.

Ingame it is a paltry DIP 0+(3-7), it needs fixing! :/

The Wiki is obviously (also) wrong here, as it’s supposed to reflect the actual in-game status, no matter how buggy *that* is wink
Unfortunately there were a few users in the past who entered values the way they expected them to be, instead of confirming them with the actual in-game items, which created inconsistencies that are hard to find.

So I “fixed” the wiki page and added a bug note. Maybe DB will fix the stats in the future.

Well, I’m pretty sure I have seen several “personal” items that have borked stats that do not follow normal progression, and that are weaker versions of their “standard” counterparts, but this is the first time I see a “standard” item with obviously buggy stats (3*=1*), so I reported it smile I’ll see if I can find something else.
