Star Trek Timelines will allow you to experience a galaxy thrown into chaos by mysterious temporal events. Will you aid the Klingons against assimilation by the Borg Collective, or side with renegade drones against the bloodthirsty Klingons?

Interesting…

I would probably support the klingons, aiding a Borg attempt to gain a foothold in the alpha quadrant sounds like an elaborate form of suicide.  What kind of story would lead to an alliance with the Borg vs the Klingons?

The klingons would throw everything they have at the borg, but ultimately lose the war in a blaze of glory.

I would side with the Klingons. I say I would use science skills to develop technology to help stave off the borg with a lethal virus or reverse engineer technology from a dead borg drone to counter the borg with new developed tech. Study the dead borg drone and it would open the way for more interesting technological advances. Klingons have more individuality than the borg which is another reason I’d side with them to keep that alive in the universe for all species in the galaxy too. Individuality is something worth fighting for. Tough call but the edge may be with the Borg. If the Klingons are going to have a chance to win they would need an alliance with the Federation.

A.W.S.O.M.E…...................................

ART ….. WORK …..SAMPLE ….. OF ….. MAGNIFICANT ….. ESTETICS

I like it ….. I like it ….. I like it…........

The Klingon Warrior would take out that catatonic Borg by Bat’leth disection. Although the Borg drones possess superior strength, they are not as skilled in hand to hand combat like the Klingons. That warrior would cut off each of the Borg’s limbs, leaving it dismembered with its torso tossed on the ground, and with its limbs hissing and spinning spewing mangled tattered tentacles.. If the Klingon is as bloodthirsty as he looks, he can bring the head of that drone to the Unimatrix B-4 Zero Headquarters, and then the Klingon would be recruited onto our team immediately.

I would aid the Klingons against assimilation by the Borg because I do plan to form an Alliance when the game is released in whatever and whenever a format is allowed entitled: Unimatrix B-4 Zero…..........

Artwork such as this inspires one to imagine what estetic wonders await us in the world being created for Timelines.

Cool. Wish I join your alliance as I committed somewhat to join the Starfleet Omega Fleet unless there is a specialized squadron on equivalent of the Starfleet Department of Temporal Investigations or Section 31 aside from alliances itself to do highly classified work for Starfleet above a standard regular fleet would do. I could always change mind about Starfleet Omega.

Cool pic!! I’d say the Klingons would have the upper hand against the Borg in hand to hand, but ultimately would lose in ship to ship battles..Unless they found a way around the Borgs ability to adapt to their weapons!!

The Borg would win.

Did we not see Worf take on a Borg hand to hand and get brushed aside the first time the Enterprise meet the Borg? Admittedly he did use his hands and not a weapon.

I dont think it would take long for them to adapt a shield to deflect physical attacks, its not like such shields dont already exist.

Wow!  Lots of interesting comments here.

I’m probably in the camp of Team Borg - I do indeed believe that resistance is futile.  Even if that Borg went down, another one would likely follow it.  But I’d root for the Klingon either way.

I’m rooting for the Klingon but it’s going to be tough for him.

What I’m seeing isn’t Klingon vs Borg. The narrative I’m anticipating pits the Klingon Empire against RENEGADE Borg units, like 7 of 9 or ‘Hugh’ on TNG: separated from the collective, but with the memory of the collective and Borg tech. Not sure what their statis is vis a vis one another, but guessing their m.o. is more logical than honor/shame-based. Really intriguing!

I know people are supposed to hate the uber-collectivist Borg, but Klingon imperialism is, to me, just another form of forceful assimilation. I love Worf, but even Worf often found himself at odds with Klingon values - the machismo and constant imperatives of all sorts. If the Renegade Borg are struggling against BOTH these forms of domination, I’d side with them in a heartbeat.
