A few notes I took for those who don’t want to listen to the whole podcast

#The current thinking is that we will start as the commander of a starship set in the TNG era, and then the timeline rift occurs, opening the encounters with other times, mirror universes, etc.
#Q is going to be involved in the game in some fashion.
#Jon Radoff mentioned how the game will be somewhat like a Role Playing Game
#Free to play.  One character mentioned that you may have to pay for is old Picard from the Vineyard that we saw in All Good Things.
#We as a community were mentioned several times
#The Bridge Crew was mentioned even more than the community, if you aren’t part of the bridge crew, you won’t be getting early access to the game.
#Jon’s favorite series is TNG, mainly because that was the series that was on as he was a teenager.  TOS does hold a special place in his heart
#Jon would be a Klingon if he was an alien species.
#The writing staff played a part in GoTA, and several other games, including Star Wars the Old Republic.  (I’ve only played SWTOR and it had fantastic writing, but GoTA is supposed to have great writing as well)

At times the crowd noise in the background was nauseating, the pulse or base that came through from the crowd was very distracting.

Yes, we were pretty loud at the convention… It was pretty neat to watch all of the presentations there, but it was worth it. That’s where I found out about it and I would like to say that you summed it up pretty well.
